Service and accounts
Visual Prompts provides original visual references, generation prompts and model adaptations. Free content is available anonymously. Purchases, purchase recovery and member content require a verified Google account. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.
Membership and access term
The 365-day access pass is a one-time USD 39.99 payment that provides access for 365 days from server confirmation of payment and does not renew automatically. If another pass is purchased while access remains active, 365 days are added after the current expiration date; otherwise the new term begins when the new payment is confirmed. Lifetime membership is a one-time USD 99.99 purchase that provides ongoing access to the purchased content scope while the service operates. Taxes and the final total appear at Waffo checkout.
Refunds and expiration
Waffo Pancake provides payment and refund processing. The 365-day access pass expires without an automatic charge and must be purchased again manually. Refund eligibility depends on the terms shown at checkout, applicable law and actual service delivery. When a refund succeeds, access granted by that purchase is revoked. Content license
Membership grants a license for personal and internal commercial projects. You may not resell prompts, redistribute the library in bulk, share an account, or use the content to build a directly competing prompt library. Commercial use of generated output also depends on the terms of the model you use.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant continuous, timely, secure or error-free operation, or that prompts, reference images, model adaptations or generated results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Google, Waffo Pancake, AI model providers and other third-party services operate under their own terms; their availability, payment processing, policy changes and data handling are outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing generated output and confirming its legality, accuracy, intellectual-property status, commercial-use rights and suitability, and you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visual Prompts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the fees you actually paid to Visual Prompts during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Service changes
We may update works, categories, model adaptations and features, with reasonable notice for material pricing or term changes. Abuse, fraud, attacks on the service or infringement of others may result in suspension.
