Refund policy
Visual Prompts offers a 365-day access pass and lifetime membership as one-time purchases. Neither renews automatically.
Submit a request
Email chaoqiang.tian@gmail.com from the address bound to your account and include the Waffo order ID, plan and issue. Never send a full card number, verification code or password.
Review and processing
Eligibility depends on the conditions shown at checkout, applicable law and actual service delivery. Waffo Pancake processes payments and refunds, and processing time may also depend on the payment institution.
Access changes
When Waffo confirms a successful refund, access granted by that purchase is revoked. Access from any other valid purchase remains unaffected.
