A pre-publication review for AI visual work

Check subject, space, material, text and facts in separate passes before calling an image ready.

Pass one: subject and job

Return to the intended use. Are the lead subject, count, action and focal point correct? For education, can the principle be understood? For a product, can the object be identified accurately? A pleasing image is not a substitute for meeting the brief.

Pass two: space and material

Trace paths, pipes, force routes or eyelines to make sure they do not break unexpectedly. Review edges, thickness, contact shadows and light direction. Zoom in for local defects and compare small versions for overall hierarchy.

Pass three: text and fact

Inspect titles, labels, numbers, marks and stray watermarks at full size. Never presume model-generated lettering is correct; rebuild a clean base and typeset when needed. Verify scientific, historical and product claims, or mark them as concepts.

Pass four: bilingual publishing

Ensure Chinese and English titles identify the same work, with aligned categories, images, summaries and links. Public summaries can explain the method; complete member prompts and protected originals remain behind authorized delivery. Keep a correction channel open.

Review against the job in layers rather than trusting a first impression of completeness.
